About The Creator
Hi, I'm Keegan
I built this app after years of using habit trackers and seeing how powerful they can be for building effective habits. While they helped me create better habits, I always felt like something was missing. I couldn’t clearly see how those habits were actually affecting my day-to-day life.
For example, growing up in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are long and dark, I often wondered whether things like vitamins, sunlight, or exercise were genuinely improving my mood. Without historical data to compare habits and mood over time, there was no real way to tell. This app started as a way to solve that problem for myself, to better understand what was helping, what wasn’t, and why.
What began as a personal tool has grown into an app designed to help anyone build habits with more awareness, insight, and intention.
